Who we are
Shambhala Living Pty Ltd operates Chrissy Beth. In this policy, ‘we’, ‘us’ and ‘our’ mean Shambhala Living Pty Ltd. Contact us at hello@chrissybeth.com.
What this policy covers
This policy explains information handling for chrissybeth.com and email enquiries sent through its contact link. The website introduces Chrissy Beth and links to resources and services elsewhere. It does not contain registration forms, visitor accounts, file uploads or payment checkout.
Sign-ups, courses, bookings, purchases and Human Design services reached through links have their own collection and service context. This notice does not describe all information handled through those services. Review the notice at the destination, or contact us if it is missing or unclear. Our responsibility for information we collect continues when we use another platform to deliver a service.
Browsing the website
You do not need to provide your name or contact details to browse the website. We have not added visitor analytics, advertising pixels, embedded media or cookie-setting code to its pages. The page images and other assets are hosted with the site, and it uses fonts already available on your device.
OpenAI hosts the website through ChatGPT Sites. The hosting platform may process technical information associated with visits, such as log, usage, device and cookie-related information, as needed to provide, maintain and support the site. Platform processing is separate from features we have added to the pages. Your browser lets you manage cookies and other site data; restrictions may affect platform functionality.
When you email us
If you email hello@chrissybeth.com, we receive your email address, any name you provide, your message and any attachments. We use this information to answer your enquiry, manage the follow-up you request and keep a record where needed for those purposes, related complaints or legal obligations.
Craig and Chrissy manage the mailbox. Enquiries are not automatically forwarded or copied into Kajabi or a mailing list. Sending an enquiry does not automatically subscribe you to marketing emails.
Please include only information needed for your enquiry. Avoid sending payment card details, passwords, detailed health information or a child’s personal information in a general enquiry. We can discuss an appropriate way to provide further information if a service requires it.
You may use a pseudonym where practical. If you want an email reply, we need a working reply address.
Service providers
We use Google Workspace to receive, send and store email enquiries. OpenAI provides the website hosting and authorised AI assistance used to help organise correspondence and prepare responses. Relevant enquiry information may be processed by those services when they are used for these purposes.
Provider access is distinct from the people who manage the mailbox. Information is handled under the terms and settings that apply to the relevant service. We may also disclose information where required by law or where you authorise a particular disclosure.
Overseas processing
Our cloud service providers operate internationally, so personal information may be processed outside Australia. Locations depend on the service and applicable account arrangements.
Google Workspace may process information where Google or its service providers maintain facilities, subject to any applicable account-specific location commitments. Google publishes its providers and processing locations at workspace.google.com/terms/subprocessors/. OpenAI publishes information about its service providers at platform.openai.com/subprocessors. These are provider-wide lists; they do not mean that every enquiry is sent to every listed provider or country.
Contact hello@chrissybeth.com if you would like more information about the services used for your enquiry.
Keeping information secure and no longer than needed
We keep enquiry records only while reasonably needed to respond, manage requested follow-up, deal with a related complaint or meet applicable legal obligations. We review whether records are still needed and delete or de-identify them when they are no longer required for those purposes. Provider backup, recovery and deletion cycles can differ from the records we actively use, and legal requirements may require some information to be retained.
We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information, including limiting access and using the security controls available in our services. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Links to other websites
Links to Kajabi-hosted pages, chrissybethcoaching.com, Spotify, YouTube, Instagram and Substack open separate websites. Their providers may collect information when you visit or use them, even if you do not complete a form. Depending on the link and your browser settings, a destination may receive information about the page or website you came from. This website does not embed those platforms’ forms, players or feeds.
Review the destination’s information-handling notice before signing up or providing personal information. You can contact us first if you have questions.
Your choices and privacy concerns
Contact hello@chrissybeth.com to ask what personal information we hold about you, request access or correction, ask us to delete information, or raise a privacy concern. We may need to verify your identity before releasing or changing records. We will consider your request under the law that applies and explain any lawful reason we cannot fulfil it.
Please describe your concern and how you would like us to respond. We will review it and respond within a reasonable time. Depending on the law that applies, you may also have the right to complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner or another privacy regulator with jurisdiction. Information about Australian privacy complaints is available at oaic.gov.au.
Changes to this policy
We will update this page when the information-handling practices described here change and show the date of the current version. A policy update does not itself provide consent for a new use of your information.
